Free accommodation service
Whether you are looking to block book for a group of delegates or refer individuals to a central booking service our accommodation experts are on hand to help. Either way we can secure bedrooms, negotiate the best rates on your behalf and provide a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets.
Our online booking system includes a link to include on your event website or to be sent out with joining instructions along with a unique booking code so delegates can access the system. Your dedicated page can be branded with your logo and details of the event, along with instructions on how to book their rooms and payment details. Each hotel will be listed with all amenities, grading, location in relation to the main conference venue and synopsis detailed, so your delegates can make a personal choice.
The system will allow organisers or delegates to make group bookings, individual bookings, amendments, all up to a certain date, prior to the event taking place. From this date, our accommodation booking team will take over and send rooming lists, make changes and late bookings on your behalf.
Discounted Rail Travel
Conference Yorkshire South are also pleased to be able to offer delegates the opportunity of purchasing discounted return rail travel when booking accommodation. Tickets are currently available when traveling with East Midlands Trains, please find below their current prices.:
- London – Standard return £35.00, 1st class return £55.00
Other prices are available for certain routes on request. Tickets need to be charged to credit cards supplied to Yorkshire South Tourism. Please note certain restrictions apply.
