The 23rd to the 25th February 2010 will see Yorkshire South stand share partners Sheffield International Venues, Magna, Kenwood Hall, East Midlands Trains and Conference 21 return to the internationally renowned Confex exhibition.

This year will see the partners’ celebrating the region’s incredible incentive products highlighted by a ‘Fun & Games’ theme taking place on-stand. Yorkshire South partners will also be promoting their unique selling points as well as giving buyers a range of exclusive added value incentive and travel offers that they can take advantage of during 2010.

Venue highlights for this year’s International Confex include:

Sheffield International Venues, which can hold any event for up to 50k, will be highlighting its award-winning portfolio; showcasing its new 24hour delegate rates in partnership with Sheffield hotels and demonstrating the venues’ capability to host major events like U2 and most recently the BBC Sports Personality of the Year. The International Venues will also be promoting their innovative team building experiences which include Ice Curling and Night Golf.

Magna, the former steelworks will be promoting their venue which is perfect for team building, product launches and gala dinners. And, fitting in with the theme on stand at this year’s show Magna will be showcasing their team building incentives where buyers choose from a range of activities including bungee jumping, circus skills, ready, steady, cook and science investigation workshops. Magna will also be promoting their Eat, Bump, Groove party packages which start from just £29.95 and include fantastically fun dodgems, delicious food and live music.

East Midlands Trains will be promoting new extra services to/from Sheffield and London where the fastest train per hour takes only two hours seven minutes. The new service, which also links Sheffield to Derby, means EMT will be running double the number of trains and cheap seats per hour to the capital. Business travellers heading to London in the morning have a choice of three business trains: The Sheffield Continental at 0647, The Master Cutler at 0727 and The South Yorkshireman at 0741.

Kenwood Hall will be highlighting to visitors their city appeal with a country feel; 12 acres of beautiful gardens for team building; free wifi; over 200 free car parking spaces and their unique stand alone conference suite for 250 delegates.

Situated in the heart of Sheffield, Conference 21 offers a range of modern facilities which are suitable for conferences, meetings, training sessions, exhibitions and more. The modern facilities are located at the University's two main campuses and include lecture theatres, meeting rooms, large halls, exhibition areas and sport facilities.
